Fares can no longer be reported by email.
For help using the system visit https://www.yellowsf.com/lc2/minimanual.php which can also be reached by clicking on the Yellow Cab logo in the upper right corner of the screen.
As before:
– all fares must be reported within 24 hours of ride.
– any fares reported after 36 hours will delay payment.
– all fares that are 30 days old are not accepted.
