LEARN : Calling Dispatch to run a Credit Card

Credit Card Payments

All credit card payments made over the phone with Dispatch require the following information:

1. Credit card Number
2. Expiration date
3. CVC number from the back of the card (4 digits on Amex on the front)

4. NEW:  Billing Zip code for the credit card

Accounting says collecting the CVC and the billing zip code has dramatically reduced fraud.
