
Castro Night Market
Thursday, April 17: Cole Valley Night Market event will take place in the western neighborhood on Cole Street between Carl and Parnassus streets. Event hours will be from 4 to 9 p.m.
A street closure of Cole Street from Carl Street to Parnassus Avenue will be required from noon to 11:59 p.m.

Soulfood Festival Fundraiser
A street closure of Sunnydale Avenue between Hahn and Sawyer streets will be required at the following time:
- From 2 to 10 p.m. on Friday, April 18
- From 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 19

Cherry Blossom Festival and Grand Parade
Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20: The 58th Annual Cherry Blossom Festival will be held on Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20. The festival will take place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day. For event details visit www.sfcherryblossom.org.
The following street closures will be required:
- From 4 a.m. Saturday, April 19 to 11 p.m. Sunday, April 20:
- Post Street between Laguna and Fillmore streets
- Webster Street between Geary Boulevard and Sutter Street
- Intersection; Webster Street at Post Street
The Cherry Blossom Grand Parade will take place on Sunday, April 20. At 10 a.m., parade units will gather at Civic Center A procession will start from Civic Center at 1 p.m., following a route from Polk and McAllister streets, north on Polk Street and west on Post Street and ending in Japantown at Post and Fillmore streets.
All intersections along the parade route will remain open except when the parade passes. Streets will re-open as soon as possible after the parade passes and the streets have been cleaned.
Temporary Taxi Stand: There is one located at Buchanan Street, 1800-1832 block, between Sutter and Bush Streets.

Haight Ashbury Activity
Sunday, April 20: Heavy pedestrian traffic may be anticipated around the intersection of Haight and Stanyan streets and on Haight Street between Stanyan Street and Masonic Avenue between 1 and 5 p.m. Drivers are advised to use caution. No street closures are planned, but personnel from San Francisco Police Department may implement closures if necessary for public safety.
Traffic delays may occur in the area. Motorists who normally use Lincoln Way, Fell or Oak streets to travel between the Sunset District and downtown may consider using alternate routes.

Events at Chase Center
Tuesday, April 22: Performance by Kylie Minogue will take place. Show will start at 7:30 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
Street Closures
To accommodate events that will take place at the arena, the following street closures will be enforced two hours before and one hour after each event:
- 16th Street between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
- Warriors Way between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
- Northbound 3rd Street between 16th Street and Warriors Way will also be closed approximately 30 minutes before and 45 minutes after an event.
- Only local access will be allowed on Northbound Illinois Street between Mariposa and 16th streets.
Taxi Stands
There is one taxi stand located on southbound Terry Francois Boulevard. Ramp Taxis should use the loading zone on eastbound Warriors Way at Bridgeview Way.

San Francisco Giants Baseball Game
- Four games against the Milwaukee Brewers: 1) 6:45 p.m., Monday, April 21; 2) 6:45 p.m., Tuesday, April 22; 3) 6:45 p.m., Wednesday, April 23; and 4) 12:45 p.m., Thursday, April 24.
Street Closures
To accommodate events that will take place at the ballpark, the following street closures will be enforced:
- Two and a half hours before the opening pitch, the SFMTA will close eastbound King Street between 3rd and 2nd streets to vehicle traffic. King Street will reopen after first pitch until the seventh inning.
- From the seventh inning until post-game traffic dies down, the SFMTA will again close eastbound King Street between 3rd and 2nd streets to vehicle traffic in order to reduce congestion on city streets.
- Additionally, the northbound portion of the 4th Street Bridge (Peter R. Maloney Bridge) will be closed to all traffic except Muni, taxis and bicycles during the post-game period.
