Events at Chase Center

Thursday, Feb. 29 through Wednesday, March 6th: There will be multiple events to take place at the Chase Center:
  • Thursday, Feb. 29: Chase Center will host West Coast Conference rivals, the University of San Francisco (USF) Dons and the Gonzaga Bulldogs. Game will start at 8 p.m. Doors will open at 7 p.m.
  • Friday, March 1: Performance by the Bad Bunny will take place. Show will start at 8 p.m. Doors will open at 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, March 2: Second performance by the Bad Bunny will take place. Show will start at 8 p.m. Doors will open at 7 p.m.
  • Wednesday, March 6: The Warriors will play against the Milwaukee Bucks. Game will start at 7 p.m. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.

Street Closures

To accommodate events that will take place at the arena, the following street closures will be enforced two hours before and one hour after each event:

  • 16th Street between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
  • Warriors Way between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
  • Northbound 3rd Street between 16th Street and Warriors Way will also be closed approximately 30 minutes before and 45 minutes after an event.
  • Only local access will be allowed on Northbound Illinois Street between Mariposa and 16th streets.

Taxi Stands

There is one taxi stand located on southbound Terry Francois Boulevard.

Ramp Taxis should use the loading zone on eastbound Warriors Way at Bridgeview Way.

Chinatown New Year Run

Sunday, March 3: The 46th annual Chinatown New Year Run will begin at 8 a.m. and will be followed by a festival in Portsmouth Square. For more event details, visit https://chinatownymcachinesenewyearrun.itsyourrace.com.

The race route will begin at Grant Avenue and Sacramento Street, travel north along Grant Avenue, west on Pacific Avenue, north on Stockton Street, east on North Point Street and south-east onto The Embarcadero. The race route will continue along The Embarcadero, west on Washington Street, south on Battery Street, west on Pine Street and north on Kearny Street to Clay Street.

The following street closures will be required from 7 to 10 a.m.:

  • Grant Avenue between Pine Street and Pacific Avenue
  • Pacific Avenue between Grant Avenue and Stockton Street
  • Stockton Street (northbound traffic lane only) between Pacific Avenue and North Point Street
  • North Point Street (eastbound traffic lane only) between Stockton Street and southbound Embarcadero
  • Southbound Embarcadero (bike lane and one traffic lane only) between North Point and Washington streets
  • Washington Street (one westbound traffic lane only) between southbound Embarcadero and Battery Street
  • Battery Street (most westerly traffic lane only) between Washington and Pine streets
  • Pine Street (most northerly traffic lane only) between Battery Street and Grant Avenue
  • Kearny Street (most easterly parking lane and traffic lane only) between Pine and Clay streets
The following street closures will be required from 6 to 11 a.m.:
  • Walter U. Lum Place between Washington and Clay streets.
