- Howard Street between 3rd and 4th streets
- Minna Street between 4th Street and 500 feet west of 4th Street

- Howard Street between Hawthorne and 3rd streets
- 3rd Street between Folsom and Mission streets
- Folsom Street between 3rd and 4th streets
- 4th Street between Howard and Folsom streets
- Howard Street between 4th street and 500 feet west of 4th Street
Taxi ZonesA Taxi Zone is established on the east side of 3rd Street between Howard and Folsom streets and on the south side of Howard Street between 4th and 5thstreets.
Cole Valley Nights
Thursday, Aug. 20: Cole Valley Night Market event will take place on Cole Street between Carl and Parnassus streets. Event hours will be from 4 to 9 p.m.
A street closure of Cole Street from Frederick Street to Parnassus Avenue will be required from noon to 11:59 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 20
The intersection of Cole and Carl streets will remain open.
Castro Night Market
Friday, Aug. 21: The Castro Night Market will take place from 5 to 10 p.m. on 18th and Castro streets. For more details, visit castro-night-market.
The following street and parking lot closures will be required from 11 a.m., Friday, Friday, Aug. 21 to 1 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 22:
- 18th Street between Diamond and Hartford streets
- The SFMTA parking lot behind Walgreens
Event at Chase Center
Thursday, Aug. 20: Performance by Daniel Caesar will take place at Chase Center. The show will start at 7:30 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 a.m.
Street Closures
To accommodate events that will take place at the arena, the following street closures will be enforced two hours before and one hour after each event:
- 16th Street between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
- Warriors Way between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
- Northbound 3rd Street between 16th Street and Warriors Way will also be closed approximately 30 minutes before and 45 minutes after the event.
Only local access will be allowed on Northbound Illinois Street between Mariposa and 16th streets.
No Parking Zone
To facilitate loading and pick up for Muni customers and patrons, NO PARKING will be in effect at these locations during events:
- 16th Street between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
- Warriors Way between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
- Between the 500 and 700 blocks of Terry Francois Boulevard (TFB)
- There is one taxi stand located on southbound Terry Francois Boulevard.
- Ramp Taxis should use the loading zone on eastbound Warriors Way at Bridgeview Way.
Excelsior Night Market
Friday, Aug. 21: The Excelsior Action Group will host the From the E: End of Summer Night Market on Ocean Avenue and Mission Street. Event will take place from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
The following street closure will be required from noon to 11:59 p.m., Friday, Aug. 21:
- Ocean Avenue between Mission Street and Persia Avenue
Oyster Day
Sunday, Aug. 23: Lillie Coits is holding an Oyster Day event on Powell Street in North Beach. This event celebrates the fourth annual Oyster Day with activities that include live music, oyster tastings and family-friendly festivities. It will take place on Powell Street between Columbus Avenue and Union Street, from noon to 10:00 p.m.
A street closure of Powell Street between Columbus Avenue and Union Street will be required from 10 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 23.
San Francisco Giants Games
- Three games against the Cincinnati Reds: a) 6:45 p.m., Monday, Aug. 24; b) 6:45 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 25; and c) 12:45 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 26.
Street Closures
To accommodate events that will take place at the ballpark, the following street closures will be enforced:
- Two and a half hours before the opening pitch, the SFMTA will close eastbound King Street between 3rd and 2nd streets to vehicle traffic. King Street will reopen after first pitch until the seventh inning.
- From the seventh inning until post-game traffic dies down, the SFMTA will again close eastbound King Street between 3rd and 2nd streets to vehicle traffic in order to reduce congestion on city streets.
- Additionally, the northbound portion of the 4th Street Bridge (Peter R. Maloney Bridge) will be closed to all traffic except Muni, taxis and bicycles during the post-game period.
- 2nd Street, west side, between Brannan and King Streets
- 2nd Street, east side, between Townsend and King Streets
- 3rd Street, east side, north of King Street
Special Event Parking Rates
During baseball games and other major events with more than 10,000 expected attendees at the ballpark, parking meters close to the ballpark will charge a special event rate of $13 per hour. These rates help reduce congestion and keep parking spots available in the neighborhoods near the ballpark, discouraging circling for free or cheap parking.
