San Francisco Giants Games

Thursday, July 9 through Sunday, July 12: The San Francisco Giants will play four games at the ballpark. Listed below are the start time for these games:
  • Four games against the Colorado Rockies: a) 6:45 p.m., Thursday, July 9; b) 7:15 p.m., Friday, July 10; c) 1:05 p.m., Saturday, July 11; and d) 1:05 p.m., Sunday, July 12.

Street Closures

To accommodate events that will take place at the ballpark, the following street closures will be enforced:

  • Two and a half hours before the opening pitch, the SFMTA will close eastbound King Street between 3rd and 2nd streets to vehicle traffic. King Street will reopen after first pitch until the seventh inning.
  • From the seventh inning until post-game traffic dies down, the SFMTA will again close eastbound King Street between 3rd and 2nd streets to vehicle traffic in order to reduce congestion on city streets.
  • Additionally, the northbound portion of the 4th Street Bridge (Peter R. Maloney Bridge) will be closed to all traffic except Muni, taxis and bicycles during the post-game period.
Taxi Stands
    • 2nd Street, west side, between Brannan and King Streets
    • 2nd Street, east side, between Townsend and King Streets
    • 3rd Street, east side, north of King Street

Chinatown Night Market

Friday, July 10: The monthly night market will take place in Chinatown. This is an event that takes place on the second Friday of each month, from 5:30 to 9 p.m.

The following street closures will be required from 1 to 11:59 p.m., Friday, July 10:

  • Grant Avenue between California Street and Pacific Avenue
  • Commercial Street between Kearny Street and Grant Avenue
  • Intersection: Grant Avenue and Commercial Street
All other intersections will remain open.

 

Events at Chase Center

Friday, July 10 through Tuesday, July 14: The Golden State Warriors will host the eighth annual California Classic Summer League at the Chase Center, featuring games play between the Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs. Below are details of these games:
  • Friday, July 10: First performance by Olivia Dean will take place. The show will start at 8 p.m. Doors will open at 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 11: Second performance by Olivia Dean will take place. The show will start at 8 p.m. Doors will open at 7 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 14: Performance by Joji will take place. The show will start at 7:30 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

Street Closures

To accommodate events that will take place at the arena, the following street closures will be enforced two hours before and one hour after each event:

  1. 16th Street between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
  2. Warriors Way between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
  3. Northbound 3rd Street between 16th Street and Warriors Way will also be closed approximately 30 minutes before and 45 minutes after the event.
Only local access will be allowed on Northbound Illinois Street between Mariposa and 16th streets.

Taxi Stands

There is one taxi stand located on southbound Terry Francois Boulevard.

Ramp Taxis should use the loading zone on eastbound Warriors Way at Bridgeview Way.

Larkin Street Roadway Shared Space

Saturday, July 11: The Tenderloin Lower Polk Merchants and Property Owners Association will host their monthly Roadway Shared Space on Larkin Street.

Larkin Street between Eddy and O’Farrell streets will be closed from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, July 11.

These closures will occur on the second Saturday of every month through Saturday, Dec. 13, 2026.
