Giro di San Francisco Bike Race

Monday, September 2: The 43rd annual Giro di San Francisco bicycle races will take place. The races will promptly start at 8 a.m. and the final pro race will start at 3 p.m.

Street closures in the areas of Levi’s Plaza, The Embarcadero, Battery and Front streets will be required. The following street closures will be required from 6:30 a. m. through 6:30 p.m.:

• Battery Street between Vallejo Street and The Embarcadero
• Sansome Street between Broadway and Greenwich Street
• Greenwich Street between Sansome and Battery streets
• Union Street between Sansome and Front streets
• Green Street between Sansome and Front streets
• Vallejo Street between Sansome and Front streets
• Front between Union and Vallejo streets
• Intersections:
  • Sansome Street at Vallejo, Green, Union, Filbert and Greenwich streets
  • Battery Street at Embarcadero, Union, Green, and Vallejo streets
  • Front Street at Union, Green and Vallejo streets

JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge

Wednesday, September 4: The annual JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge will take place from McCovey Cove to The Embarcadero between 7 and 8:30 p.m. For more event details, visithttps://www.jpmorganchasecc.com/city/san-francisco.

The following street closure will be required:

From 3 to 10 p.m.

• Terry Francois Boulevard between 3rd and South streets, with local access allowed via South Street

From 6:45 to 8:30 p.m.

• Northbound 3rd Street between Channel and King streets
• Southbound 3rd Street (easternmost lane only) between Berry and Channel streets
• Southbound 3rd Street (westernmost lane only) between Channel Street and Mission Bay Boulevard North
• Eastbound King Street between 3rd and 2nd streets
• The Embarcadero between 3rd and Howard streets

San Francisco Symphony Gala

Wednesday, September 4: The San Francisco Symphony Opening Night Gala will take place celebrating Michael Tilson Thomas’ final season as Musical Director. The Gala dinner will begin at 6 p.m.

Wednesday, September 4 to Thursday, September 5: Grove Street between Van Ness Avenue and Franklin Street will be closed from 5 a.m. Wednesday through 6 a.m., Thursday. There will also be impacts on lane and sidewalk of Franklin Street between Hayes and Grove streets.

Cruise Ship Schedule : July – September

Typically passengers begin to disembark 45 minutes after the ship arrives and unloading continues for a couple of hours.
