Chinese New Year Flower Fair

Saturday, Jan. 29 and Sunday, Jan. 30: The Chinese New Year Flower Fair hosted by Chinese Chamber of Commerce will be held in Chinatown from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday. For more event details, visit https://chineseparade.com/flower-market-fair/.
The following street closures will be required from 11 p.m., Friday, Jan. 29 to 11 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 30:
- Grant Avenue between California Street and Broadway
- Pacific Avenue between Columbus Avenue and Stockton Street
- Jackson Street between Stockton Street and Kearny Street
- Washington Street between Stockton Street and Kearny Street
- Intersections: Jackson Street at Grant Avenue, Washington Street at Grant Avenue and Pacific Avenue at Grant Avenue
- All alleys within the boundaries of the larger closure will also be closed
Basketball Game and Event at Chase Center
Saturday, Jan. 29 and Sunday, Jan. 30: There will be a basket game and concert performance at the Chase Center:
- Saturday, Jan. 29: The Warriors will play against the Brooklyn Nets. The game will begin at 5:30 p.m. Doors will open at 4 p.m.
- Sunday, Jan. 30: Concert performance by Kane Brown will begin at 7 p.m. Doors will open at 6 p.m.
Street Closures
To accommodate events that will take place at the arena, the following street closures will be enforced two hours before and one hour after each event:
- 16th Street between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
- Warriors Way between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
- Northbound 3rd Street between 16th Street and Warriors Way will also be closed approximately 30 minutes before and 45 minutes after an event.
- Only local access will be allowed on Northbound Illinois Street between Mariposa and 16th streets.
Taxi Stands
- There is one taxi stand located on southbound Terry Francois Boulevard.
- Ramp Taxis should use the loading zone on eastbound Warriors Way (formerly South Street) at Bridgeview Way.
