Heart of the Richmond District Night Market
Saturday, July 20: The second of a series of four family-friendly night markets will take place in the Richmond District on Saturday, July 20, from 4 to 8 p.m. This event will repeat on the following Saturdays: Aug. 17 and Sept. 21.
Clement Street between 22nd and 25th avenues will be closed from Noon to 11 p.m., Saturday. All intersections will remain open.
Sunday Streets Excelsior
Sunday, July 21: The first Sunday Streets event in 2024 will be held in the Excelsior neighborhood. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.The event is put on by Livable City with sponsorship and support from SFMTA and other City agencies to promote active lifestyles and bicycle and pedestrian activities. These events will close streets to automobile traffic and turn them over for bicycle and pedestrian activities. For event details visit: www.sundaystreetssf.com/excelsior.
The following streets will be required from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.:
- Mission Street between Theresa Street and Geneva Avenue
- Cotter Street between Mission Street and Alemany Boulevard
- Francis Street between Mission Street and Alemany Boulevard
- Santa Rosa Avenue between Mission Street and Alemany Boulevard
- Onondaga Avenue between Mission Street and Alemany Boulevard
- Seneca Avenue between Mission Street and Alemany Boulevard
- Ocean Avenue between Persia Avenue and Mission Street
The following Intersections will be closed from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.:
- Amazon Avenue at Mission Street
- Seneca Avenue at Mission Street
- Italy Avenue at Mission Street (local access for Safeway parking lot only)
- France Avenue at Mission Street
- Onondaga Avenue at Mission Street
- Russia Avenue at Mission Street
- Leo Street at Mission Street
- Ruth Street at Mission Street
- Persia Avenue at Mission Street
- San Juan Avenue at Mission Street
- Norton Street at Mission Street
