Cinco De Mayo Festival
Saturday, May 5: The annual Cinco de Mayo celebration will take place in the Mission neighborhood on Valencia Street between 21st and 24th streets. The event hours will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

A street closure of Valencia Street between 21st and 24th streets will be required from 10 p.m., Friday to 10 p.m., Saturday.
San Francisco Gaelic Athletic Association Event
Saturday, May 5 and Sunday, May 6: The San Francisco Gaelic Athletic Association event will take place at San Francisco Gaelic Fields on Treasure Island.
A street closure of Avenue “H” between 11th and 13th streets will be required from 7 a.m., Saturday to 6 p.m., Sunday.
Sunday Streets : Tenderloin
Sunday, May 6: The fourth Sunday Streets event will take place in the Civic Center and Tenderloin neighborhoods. This event route, travels along Fulton Street, Ellis Street, Golden Gate Avenue, Jones, Turk and Larkin streets. The route will be available for recreational activities from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is free to all participants.

The following street closures will be required from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Jones Street between O’Farrell Street and Golden Gate Avenue
- Larkin Street between Grove and O’Farrell Streets
- Fulton Street between Larkin and Hyde streets
- Ellis Street between Larkin and Taylor streets
- Golden Gate Avenue between Polk and Jones streets
Cross traffic will be allowed at the following locations:
- Eastbound on McAllister Street
- East and westbound on Eddy Street at Larkin and Leavenworth streets
- Northbound on Leavenworth Street
Girls on the Run 5K
Sunday, May 6: The Girls on the Run 5K is a footrace for young women meant to encourage athleticism in young women throughout the Bay Area. The race runs through Golden Gate Park, starting and ending at Music Concourse. The route will traverse JFK Drive and Conservatory Drive. The event will start from 8 a.m. with the race set to begin at 9:30 a.m. and is scheduled to end at 11:30 a.m.

From 8 to 11 a.m., there will be street closures on JFK Drive, Conservatory Drive and Music Concourse.
Hayes Valley Urban Air Market
Sunday, May 6: The Hayes Valley Urban Market will be held between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The following street closures will be required from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.:
- Octavia Street between Fell and Fulton streets
- Linden Street between Octavia and Gough streets
How Weird Street Faire
Sunday, May 6: The annual How Weird Street Faire will be held from noon to 8 p.m. on Howard and 2nd streets. Heavy pedestrian traffic is expected in the area. Event participants are encouraged to take public transportation to the event.
The following street closures will be required from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.:
- Howard Street between 1st and New Montgomery streets
- 2nd Street between Mission and Folsom streets
- Intersections: 2nd Street at Howard, Tehama, Minna and Natoma streets
