Bay Area Science Festival at AT&T Park
Saturday, November 11: The 7th annual Discovery Day will take place at AT&T Park from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. FREE
A street closure of Terry Francois Boulevard between 3rd and South streets will be required from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
There will hundreds of hands-on activities, opportunities to meet local scientists and engineers, and plenty of fun and educational entertainment. The entire ballpark is packed to the rafters with science content: on the field, at every entry/exit, and every level of the ballpark. Get ready to unleash your inner scientist.

Veterans Day Parade
Sunday, November 12: The annual Veterans Day Parade will take place in the North Beach area, from North Point Street via The Embarcadero to Aquatic Park.
Staging will start at 10 a.m. on North Point Street between Powell Street and The Embarcadero. The parade will begin at 11 a.m. traveling north-west on The Embarcadero to Jefferson Street, then west on Jefferson Street. Parade units will disband at the last block of Jefferson Street at approximately 1 p.m.
During the parade, NO traffic will be allowed on North Point Street between Jefferson Street and The Embarcadero. Cross traffic may not be allowed. After the parade units have passed and the street is cleaned, the street will be re-opened for traffic.
