Events at Chase Center

Thursday, April 9 through Monday, April 13: There will be basketball games at the Chase Center:
  • Thursday, April 9: The Warriors will host a home game against the Los Angeles Lakers. Game will begin at 7 p.m. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
  • Monday, April 13: Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band will perform at the Chase Center. Show will begin at 7:30 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

Street Closures

To accommodate events that will take place at the arena, the following street closures will be enforced two hours before and one hour after each event:

  1. 16th Street between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
  2. Warriors Way between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
  3. Northbound 3rd Street between 16th Street and Warriors Way will also be closed approximately 30 minutes before and 45 minutes after the event.

Only local access will be allowed on Northbound Illinois Street between Mariposa and 16th streets.

 

Taxi Stands

There is one taxi stand located on southbound Terry Francois Boulevard.

Ramp Taxis should use the loading zone on eastbound Warriors Way at Bridgeview Way.

Dolores Huerta and United Farm Workers Parade and Festival

    • 24th Street between Folsom and Bryant streets
    • Lucky Street between 24th and 25th streets
    • Treat Street between 23rd and 25th streets
    • Balmy Street between 24th and 25th streets
    • Harrison Street between 23rd and 25th streets
    • Alabama Street between 23rd and 25th streets
    • Florida Street between 23rd and 25th streets
    • Intersections closed at 23rd Street: Lucky, Treat, Balmy, Harrison, Alabama and Florida streets.

      Saturday, April 11: The annual Dolores Huerta and United Farm Workers Parade and Festival (formerly Cesar Chavez) will take place on Saturday, April 11. For event details visit cesarchavezday.org.

      The parade will begin at 11 a.m. with participants gathering at 19th Street between Dolores and Guerrero streets at 9:30 a.m. The festival will be held on 24th Street between Folsom and Bryant streets from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

      The parade will proceed from Dolores and 19th streets, east on 19th Street, south on Mission Street, east on 24th Street to Folsom Street. The festival area will take place on 24th Street between Folsom and Bryant streets. Streets will re-open as the parade passes.

      The following closures will be required for the festival from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.:

Cherry Blossom Festival

Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12: The 59th Annual Cherry Blossom Festival will be held on two consecutive weekends, Saturday, April 11-12 and Saturday, April 18-19. The festival will take place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day. For event details visit www.sfcherryblossom.org.

The Grand Parade will take place in the second weekend, on Sunday, April 19 with a procession starting from Civic Center at 1 p.m., proceeding up Polk to Post Street, and ending in Japantown at Post and Fillmore streets.

The following street closures will be required:

  • From 4 a.m., Saturday, April 11 to 11 p.m., Sunday, April 12:
    • Post Street between Laguna and Fillmore streets
    • Webster Street between Geary Boulevard and Sutter Street
    • Buchanan Street between Bush and Sutter streets
    • Sutter Street between Buchanan and Webster streets
    • Intersection: Webster Street at Post Street
  • From 4 a.m. Saturday, April 18 to 11 p.m. Sunday, April 19:
    • Post Street between Laguna and Fillmore streets
    • Webster Street between Geary Boulevard and Sutter Street
    • Intersection; Webster Street at Post Street

Temporary Taxi Stand: There is one located at Buchanan Street, 1800-1832 block, between Sutter and Bush Streets.

Larkin Street Roadway Shared Space

Saturday, April 11: The Tenderloin Lower Polk Merchants and Property Owners Association will host their monthly Roadway Shared Space on Larkin Street.

Larkin Street between Eddy and O’Farrell streets will be closed from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday.

These closures will occur on the second Saturday of every month through Saturday, Dec. 12, 2026.
