It can be faster to call accounting to run a customers credit card than calling Dispatch
Accounting is available to process credit card payments 8:30 to Noon & 1 pm to 5 pm, Weekdays, Monday thru Friday except for Holidays.
If no one in accounting can answer your call it will automatically forward your call back to Dispatch, so during the hours and days mentioned above, it’s best to always call accounting.
