RUNOUTS
We’ve recently noticed a couple of patterns in runouts that we want to share with you.
- When the trip includes multiple stops
- The order has a woman’s name on it, but a man gets in your cab
We’re not saying anytime either of these happens it will be a runout. We are saying, proceed with caution.
If you are suspicious consider telling your customer “I’ve had a lot of people run out on me without paying when they make multiple stops. Can I take $5/$10 of the fare up front?”
