Castro Night Market
Friday, March 20: The Castro Night Market will take place from 5 to 10 p.m. on 18th and Castro streets. For more details, visit castro-night-market .
The following street and parking lot closures will be required from 11 a.m., Friday, March 20 to 1 a.m., Saturday, March 21:
- 18th Street between Collingwood and Hartford streets
- The SFMTA parking lot behind Walgreens

Tulip Day
Saturday, March 21: Tulip Day, an annual event where Union Square Plaza gets blanketed with more than 80,000 tulips in partnership with the Dutch Consulate, City of San Francisco and the Alliance. Event will take place from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 21. An attendance of 30,000 is expected. For more event details, visit https://flowerbulbday.com.
To facilitate guest access to this event, a street closure of Post Street between Mason and Stockton streets will be required from 5 p.m., Friday, March 20 to 11:59 p.m., Saturday, March 21.

San Francisco Giants Exhibition Games and Opening Series
Monday, March 23 through Tuesday, March 24: San Francisco Giants will play their exhibition games against the Sultanes de Monterrey at the ballpark. Both games will start at 6:45 p.m. on Monday, March 23 and on Tuesday, March 24.
Wednesday, March 25 through Saturday, March 28: The San Francisco Giants will begin the 2026 season at home against the New York Yankees. Listed below are start times for these games: 1) 5:05 p.m., Wednesday, March 25; 2) 1:35 p.m., Friday, March 27; and 3) 4:15 p.m., Saturday, March 28.
Street Closures
To accommodate events that will take place at the ballpark, the following street closures will be enforced:
- Two and a half hours before the opening pitch, the SFMTA will close eastbound King Street between 3rd and 2nd streets to vehicle traffic. King Street will reopen after first pitch until the seventh inning.
- From the seventh inning until post-game traffic dies down, the SFMTA will again close eastbound King Street between 3rd and 2nd streets to vehicle traffic in order to reduce congestion on city streets.
- Additionally, the northbound portion of the 4th Street Bridge (Peter R. Maloney Bridge) will be closed to all traffic except Muni, taxis and bicycles during the post-game period.
- 2nd Street, west side, between Brannan and King Streets
- 2nd Street, east side, between Townsend and King Streets
- 3rd Street, east side, north of King Street


Events at Chase Center
Wednesday, March 25: The Warriors will host a home game against the Brooklyn Nets . Game will begin at 7 p.m. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
Street Closures
To accommodate events that will take place at the arena, the following street closures will be enforced two hours before and one hour after each event:
- 16th Street between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
- Warriors Way between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
- Northbound 3rd Street between 16th Street and Warriors Way will also be closed approximately 30 minutes before and 45 minutes after the event.
Only local access will be allowed on Northbound Illinois Street between Mariposa and 16th streets.
Taxi Stands
There is one taxi stand located on southbound Terry Francois Boulevard.
Ramp Taxis should use the loading zone on eastbound Warriors Way at Bridgeview Way.
