Critical Mass

Friday, October 26: The Critical Mass bicycle ride will begin at Embarcadero Plaza (formerly Justin Herman Plaza) at 6 p.m.

There will be heavy traffic in the area. Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time.

Pilgrimage of St. Jude Thaddeus

Saturday, October 27: The 15th annual St. Jude Pilgrimage will begin at 10 a.m. and will finish around 1 p.m. For more details, visit: http://www.stjude-shrine.org/files/documents/PilgrimageFlyer2018.pdf.

Parade formation and staging will be in the grounds of Corpus Christi Church on Santa Rosa between Alemany and Mission. The procession will start at the Corpus Christi Church, then head southeast on Santa Rosa Ave. toward Mission St., turn left on Mission St., right on 14th St. then left on South Van Ness Ave to Van Ness Ave., left on Pine St. and left on Steiner St. to St. Dominic Church where the parade will disband.

There will be no street closures for the event. Routes crossing Mission Street and Van Ness Avenue may experience minor delays during the pilgrimage parade.

World Veg Festival

The World Veg Festival takes place at the San Francisco County Fair Building in the beautiful Golden Gate Park.

Fiesta on the Hill

Sunday, October 28: The annual Bernal Heights street fair, Fiesta on the Hill will take place on Cortland Avenue from 10am – 4pm. For more details, please see: http://www.bhnc.org/fiesta-on-the-hill.html

A closure of Cortland Avenue between Folsom and Bocana streets will be in place from 6am to 7pm. Intersecting streets will be limited to local access only.
