Chase Center : Cab Stands & Event Calendar

Street Closures

To accommodate events that will take place at the arena, the following street closures will be enforced two hours before and one hour after each event:

  • 16th Street between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
  • Warriors Way between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard
  • Northbound 3rd Street between 16th Street and Warriors Way will also be closed approximately 30 minutes before an event ends and 45 minutes after an event ends.There are Cabs stands both North & Southbound on Terry A Franois Blvd.

 

Red Bull Bay Climb

Saturday, September 7: The annual Red Bull Bay Climb bicycle event will take place in Potrero Hill. The event will take place on De Haro Street from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The event consists of a number of races in different categories over the course of the day – all taking advantage of San Francisco’s hilliness by having the races go uphill.

The following street closures will be required from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday:

  • De Haro Street between 17th and 22nd streets
  • Mariposa Street between Rhode Island and Carolina streets
  • 18th Street between Rhode Island and Carolina streets
  • 19th Street between Carolina and De Haro streets
  • Southern Heights Avenue between Carolina and Rhode Island streets
  • 20th Street between Rhode Island and Carolina streets
  • Intersections at De Haro Street: Mariposa, 18th, 19th, 20th and Southern Heights Avenue

Festa Coloniale Italiana

Saturday, September 7: The annual Festa Coloniale Italiana will take place in the North Beach area along Stockton Street between Union and Filbert streets from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. For event details, visit http://www.sfiacfesta.com/.

Stockton Street between Union and Filbert streets will be closed from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday.

Chinatown Autumn Moon Festival

The following street closures will be required from 12:01 a.m., Saturday to 8 p.m., Sunday:

  • Grant Avenue from California Street to Broadway
  • Washington Street from Wentworth Street to Stockton Street

  • Pacific Avenue from Kearny Street to Stockton Street
  • Waverly Place from Washington Street to Clay Street
  • Beckett Street between Jackson Street and Pacific Avenue
  • Wentworth Street between Jackson and Washington streets
  • Intersections: Pacific and Grant, Washington and Grant, Waverly and Washington, Ross and Washington, Wentworth and Washington, Becket and Pacific

Giant Race Half Marathon

Sunday, September 8: The 10th annual San Francisco Giant Race will take place. The Half Marathon, 10K and 5K races will take place along The Embarcadero, Fisherman’s Wharf and the Marina. The Half Marathon and 10K races will start at 7 a.m. The 5K race will start at 10:50 a.m.

The race will start south of the ballpark, continue north on The Embarcadero, west along Fisherman’s Wharf, through Fort Mason and the Presidio, returning along the same route to conclude inside the ballpark.

From 11 p.m., Saturday, to 2 p.m., Sunday:

  • Eastbound King Street between 2nd and 3rd streets
  • Northbound Embarcadero between 2nd and Townsend streets
  • Northbound 3rd Street between King and Channel streets
  • Terry A. Francois Boulevard between 3rd and Mission Rock streets

From 5 to 1 p.m., Sunday:

  • Northbound Embarcadero between Townsend and Broadway streets

From 5 to 12:30 p.m., Sunday:

  • Beach between The Embarcadero and Jones Street
  • Jones between Beach and Jefferson streets

From 5 to 11 a.m., Sunday:

  • Jefferson Street between The Embarcadero and Aquatic Park
  • Northbound Embarcadero between Broadway and Jefferson streets
  • Northbound Laguna Street between Marina Boulevard and Bay Street
  • Westbound Bay Street between Laguna Street and Van Ness Avenue
  • Westbound Marina Boulevard between Laguna and Lyon streets
  • Southbound Van Ness Avenue between Bay Street and Aquatic Park

From 5 to 9 a.m., Sunday:

  • Hyde Street between Beach and Jefferson streets
  • Polk Street between North Point and Beach streets
  • Westbound Beach Street between Hyde and Polk streets
  • Westbound North Point Street between Polk Street and Van Ness Avenue

Sunday Streets – Tenderloin

Sunday, September 8: The eighth Sunday Streets event will take place in the Civic Center and Tenderloin neighborhoods. This event route travels along Fulton Street, Ellis Street, Golden Gate Avenue, Jones, Turk and Larkin streets. The route will be available for recreational activities from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is free to all participants. The following street closures will be required from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • Jones Street between O’Farrell Street and Golden Gate Avenue
  • Larkin Street between Grove and O’Farrell Streets

  • Ellis Street between Larkin and Taylor streets
  • Golden Gate Avenue between Polk and Jones streets

Cross traffic will be allowed at the following locations:

  • Eastbound on McAllister Street
  • East and westbound on Eddy Street at Larkin and Leavenworth streets
  • Northbound on Leavenworth Street

SF Giants Baseball Games

Monday, September 9 through Thursday, September 12: The San Francisco Giants will play four games against the Pittsburgh Pirates at the ballpark:

  • 6:45 p.m., Monday, September 9
  • 6:45 p.m., Tuesday, September 10
  • 6:45 p.m., Wednesday September 11
  • 12:45 p.m., Thursday, September 12

 

Cruise Ship Schedule : July – September
